  • In most circumstances, complaints will be resolved within 15 business days. 

  • If we require further information or longer time is needed, we will advise you. 

  • We will send you a confirmation of our decision in writing.

  • If you're not satisfied with our decision, you can request a review of your complaint by the Complaints Manager. 

  • In most circumstances, we will respond within 15 business days from the date of escalation. 

  • If we require further information or longer time is needed, we will advise you. 

  • Our Complaints Manager will send you their final determination in writing.
